To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 19 May 2011 as a correct record.

Prior to confirmation of the minutes the following updates were provided:

HSP78 – Minutes

The Board was advised that around 1,000 mentors were now being trained as part of the GLA mentoring project, a group of whom would be associated with Haringey and would be available to support the work of the Youth Offending Service and Gang Action Group. An update on this work would be presented to the next meeting.

HSP79 – Performance highlights – financial year 2010/11

The Board was advised that none of the applications to the Victim and Witness Protection Fund made by Victim Support in London had been successful.

HSP80 – Haringey Community Safety Plan 2011-14

The Board confirmed that, subject to the changes discussed at the previous meeting, the Haringey Community Safety Plan was formally agreed.

HSP82 – Engaging with Mental Health Services

It was confirmed that a briefing note had been produced and would be circulated with the minutes of the meeting for information. Mark Landy was confirmed as the new representative for the Mental Health Trust on the Board.

HSP84 – Overview of new single Frontline

The item would again be deferred until next meeting.

RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 19 May 2011 be confirmed as a correct record.

The Chair agreed to vary the order of the agenda to take the item on Review of Partnership Arrangements next.
