Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Browne and Engert andDavid Singh (Haringey Forum for Older People).
NOTED that Cllr Mallett substituted for Cllr Browne, Cllr Newton substituted for Cllr Winskill and Cllr Jenks substituted for Cllr Engert.
Cllr Weber acted as Vice Chair in the absence of Cllr Winskill from the Committee Membership.
