DELIBERATIONS OF THE HEARING PANEL AS TO SANCTION TO BE IMPOSED IN THE EVENT THAT A FAILURE TO COMPLY IS FOUND
The Panel, having considered the Form of Written Representations from the Subject Member and having heard the oral representations of the parties concerned will then deliberate.
All parties other than the Panel Members, Legal Adviser to the Panel, and Committee Manager will withdraw from the proceedings.
All parties will be invited back in to the proceedings. The Chair of the Determination Hearing will give the decision of the Panel.
