EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS
The following item is likely to be subject of a motion to exclude the press and public from the meeting as it contains exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), namely, information relating to any individual or likely to reveal the identity of an individual (paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12A) and also information presented to a Standards Committee or Sub-Committee set up to consider any matter under regulations 16 to 20 of the Standards Committee (England) Regulations 2008 (paragraph 7C of Schedule 12A).
