To receive an update on commissioning plans that have been developed across the NHS in North Central London and on the current financial position across the cluster.

(i)                  To receive an update on commissioning plans that have been developed across the NHS in North Central London and on the current financial position across the cluster;

(ii)                To consider the concerns that have been raised by the North Central London Local Medical Committees in respect of QIPP primary care initiatives (attached); and

(iii)              To consider and comment on QIPP plans in relation to care closer to home (report attached).
