(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Planning and Regeneration): To seek approval for the Annual Monitoring Report for submission to the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) as required by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) and the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations.

In the interests of economy the Appendices to this report has not  been printed with this agenda but can be viewed on the Council’s web site. Copies have also been placed in the Members’ Room at the Civic Centre and in the political group offices at River Park House. A public inspection copy is available on application to the Cabinet Committees Manager (Committee Clerk).
