To receive the results of the Haringey Residents Survey 2009/10.

The Committee received the Haringey resident survey results and noted that the public’s perception of service delivery had positively increased in all areas.

In relation to ‘sources of information about the Council’ (page 119 of the agenda pack) the Committee noted the difference between the preferred and current lines of communication and that there were still three main ways to communicate (via Haringey People delivered to the door, leaflets and the Council’s website).

RESOLVED that the survey results be noted.
