(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Housing): To review the progress of the Single Conversation with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and development of Haringey’s Local Investment Plan, towards entering into an agreement with the HCA and other relevant partners for future investment in the borough.
