(Report of the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Enforcement and Safer Communities Housing and the Cabinet Member for Housing): To set out proposals to make Compulsory purchase Orders for 6 vacant properties as part of strategies to bring back into use residential properties that have been long term vacant and where no other course of action is appropriate or can be used.
