To confirm the minutes of the Budget Scrutiny meetings held on:

i.          23^rd November 2009

ii.         7^th December 2009

iii.        16^th December 2009

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Budget Scrutiny meetings held on 23^rd November 2009, 7^th December 2009 and 16^th December 2009 be confirmed as correct records of the meetings.

The Committee asked that the actions arising from the previous budget meetings be followed up.
