In accordance with the notification read by the Mayor under declarations of interest, the following members left the Council Chamber during the debate on this item: Councillors Dogus, Egan, Hare, C. Harris, Mughal, Oakes, Peacock, Scott, Stanton and Thompson.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the Council does not discharge the historic debt owed to it by the Alexandra Park and Palace charitable trust.
