To confirm and sign the minutes of the meetings of the Cabinet held on *28 July and 16 September 2008.

*Note by the Head of Local Democracy and Member Services – The version of the minutes confirmed by the Cabinet on 16 September were found to contain an error in the sixth paragraph of the preamble to Minute 47 - Future Accommodation for Civic and Ceremonial Functions which has been corrected in the version now submitted.
