Monitoring Officer's Report on Referrals Received from the Standards Board for England
To consider any referrals received from the Standards Board for England.

The Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer – Mr Suddaby advised the Committee that there had been no referrals received from the Standards Board for England. Mr Suddaby further commented that it would be the last occasion when such referrals would be received from the Standards Board for England as in future the Local Authority would receive all complaints in the first instance.
