(Report of the Director of the Children and the Young People’s Service): To report that the procurement route towards the award of contracts to BSF Constructor Partners selected by mini competition from the BSF Framework has been re-addressed following changes in the Council’s Constitution and to recommend amendments to the procurement route authorised by the Committee on 27 June 2007.
