An extension of contract is required for
Formation Design and Build attributed to additional instructions
and variations during the construction phase of the new build
scheme at Ashley Road Depot, N17.
Not to instruct or vary specific items during
construction. This would not however, support the delivery of a
compliant development meeting building regulations, health and
safety regulations and the planning requirements and would deem the
development unfit for occupation
