To authorise the making of the TMO for the
introduction of the Minor Works Batch 2024-02 Scheme following
statutory consultation of the proposed traffic management order
(Ref: 2024-T34 – Minor Works Batch 2) as no objections were
received.
Reasons for the decision:
To improve the visibility, sightlines, safety
for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users by ensuring changes
to the parking and parking restrictions in Haringey meet required
TSR&GD 2016 regulations and ensure proposed parking follows
correct legislative processes before being amended and
enforced.
