Services for 100 Woodside Avenue (Cranwood) Housing Scheme for the
sum of £15,000.
The Council requires CDM/Principal Designer
services to help take this site from start on site to practical
completion.
There is an option not to proceed with the
appointment, but this is not recommended because CDM/Principal
Designer services are critical to ensuring the scheme is built to
the highest health and safety standards and construction is
undertaken in compliance with regulatory requirements.
