For the Head of Programme Management,
Regeneration and Economic Development, to approve an amendment to
the name of the successful bidder in relation to the appointment of
Development Management Consultancy services for the High Road West
Regeneration Scheme.
The decision is to amend the name of the appointed service provider
from “Alban LLP”, as approved in the in the contract
award report of 30th November 2023, to “Alban Construction
Consultancy LLP”.
Reasons for the decision:
This decision amends only the name of the
entity appointed to the role of Development Management Consultancy
for High Road West, it does not change the entity itself. All other
aspects of the procurement and consequent decision remain the
same.
The name provided in the decision report was incorrectly taken from
the bid and does not represent the legal name of the entity. This
amendment is required to ensure that entity name that forms part of
the decision reflects the name in the contract.
Alternative options considered:
Do not change the name in the decision
report.
This would result in the contract with Alban Construction
Consultancy LLP being inconsistent with the decision.
