Reasons for the decision:
To manage and enable enforcement of
obstructive parking to maintain clear access for the safety of all
users of Hampden Road.
Alternative options considered:
A “Do Nothing” approach was
considered but not recommended as access is required at all times
for the safety of residents and allow business operations to
proceed unobstructed for Network Rail.
