Establishing a strategy for procuring waste and recycling treatment facilities to meet the needs of North London boroughs. This is required to ensure the NWLA and boroughs can comply with landfill allowance targets

RESOLVED:

That the details in the Memorandum of Understanding be noted and approval be granted to the Leader of the Council signing the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Council.
