To report on the 2007/08  outturns for the statutory best value performance indicators and to present three year targets for the New National indicator set where possible and for key local indicators. The relevant provisions of the LGPIH Act 2007, will retain the requirement for best value authorities to compile a BVPP (Council Plan) for a further year, i.e. for 2008/09 to be published by June 2008 although the content will be  restricted to the reporting of outturn performance data on the 2007/08 BVPIs

RESOLVED:

That approval be granted to the proposed targets for the indicators as set out in Appendices 1 and 2 to the interleaved report.
