Approve the proposals to introduce waiting and loading restrictions and parking place changes listed in the recommendations as set out in Section 3 of this report

Reasons for the decision:

To authorise the making of the TMO for the introduction of the Minor Works Batch 2025-01 Scheme following statutory consultation of the proposed traffic management order (Ref: 2025-T41 - Minor Works 2025-01).

Alternative options considered:

A “Do Nothing” approach was considered but not recommended as it would not align to the Council’s Parking Strategy August 2024 and our Parking Schemes – Resident Engagement Policy, and guidance issued by Department for Transport (DfT).
