Approve to implement 46 disabled parking bays at 26 locations and to amend/remove parking or parking restrictions where the introduction of new community disabled bays is approved.

A “Do Nothing” approach was considered but not recommended as it would be against the Councils current disabled person parking policy, having due regard to the needs set out in Section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 and legal requirements set by Department for Transport (DfT).
