That the Assistant Director Regeneration Economic and Development approves a contract award to Hanlon Software Solutions for the delivery of the social value platform for two years, in accordance with Contract Standing Order 8.02. The total project cost is £6,120 and will come from UKSPF monies in 2024/5 and S106 Funding in 2025/6.

• In June 2022 a contract was approved between Haringey Council and Hanlon Computer System Ltd for the provision of a Section 106 Performance Management System
• This contract set out a 3 year payment schedule for the creation and maintenance of a social value monitoring platform, with year one focused on development of the platform and years 2 and 3 focused on maintaining this.
• At the time of contracting a purchase order was created, and from this purchase order year one costs (£12875) were paid.
• This purchase order has now expired.
• In line with the contract an invoice for maintaining the platform in year two is £2970
• We expect a second invoice will be shared in the new financial year for year 3 of maintaining the platform at a value of £3150

Do Nothing – this is not an option, as the Council is committed to a three year contract with the supplier.
