To award contract in accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO) 8.02 to KBA Solutions Ltd for the provision of the ILM Strategic Leadership Programme. The value of this contract is £5,000.63.

The Strategic Leadership in Modern Local Government programme presents an opportunity to upskill the Regeneration and Economic Development Programme Manager to in alignment with My Conversation objectives and aspirations. Previous managers from Haringey have attended this programme and have given excellent feedback.

This particular opportunity allows the Council to benefit from a 12.5% bursary. Allowing for the bursary, the delegate fee is £4,895.63 (ex. VAT), plus £105.00 (nil VAT) for the ILM fee, which equates to a total contract value of £5,000.63.

The alterative option would be to not progress with this contract/opportunity, missing an opportunity to support the professional development of a key member of staff and a bursary from the course provider.
