To implement the scheme developed in response
to planning obligations for the new Welbourne residential and
health centre development as part of the Tottenham Hale
Regeneration programme, forming part of the Section 278
agreement.
To ensure patients/ visitors can access health services and the new
development can be serviced.
The scheme cost is fully funded through the Section 278
agreement.
A “Do Nothing” approach is not an
option as these spaces were a requirement of the planning
application for the Welbourne scheme and have formed part of the
Section 278 agreement with the developer to ensure the scheme can
be serviced and that the development doesn’t negatively
impact on the wider area.
