For the Director of Housing, Regeneration and Planning to award the Contract for the Gourley Triangle Multi-Disciplinary Design commission to ‘Haworth Tompkins’ for consultancy services from RIBA Stage 0 to RIBA Stage 1+. The sum of the Contract is £367,118.50 (Three hundred and sixty seven thousand, one hundred and eighteen pounds and fifty pence).

To appoint a high quality and experienced Multi- disciplinary design team to work closely with the Viability Consultant to deliver: strategic brief development, options appraisals, an outline planning application, site surveys and supplementary planning reports.

Preparation of design work up to RIBA Stage 1+ (Outline Masterplan) will enable the delivery of high- quality employment space alongside significant numbers of new Council rented homes to support the wider ambitions of the Tottenham Regeneration programme.

An alternative option would be not to proceed with the commission, but this not recommended as this would not support the agreed objectives within the Tottenham AAP and The Tottenham High Road Strategy Delivery Plan, which seek to maximise the site’s use and contribute to the physical, social and economic regeneration of the area.
