the tendered sum of £67,941.
2) Approves the total project fees of £10,075.
3) Approves a 15% client contingency fee of £10,191.
4) Notes the total project cost of £88,207.
Approval of the scheme quotation is required
to allow urgent, essential main flat roof renewal works to start on
site. Opus Waterproofing Limited have submitted the most
economically advantageous tender.
Haringey Council has responsibility for
maintaining the structural integrity of its housing
stock under the Housing Acts. The option of not
undertaking these repairs would leave the
Council open to legal challenge and future
disrepair claims.
