(CSO) 9.07.1c to Bidwells for the sum of £142,146.50 + VAT
(£112,146 fee + £30,000 provisional sum for surveys) to
provide multi-disciplinary services for 276 High Road, London, N22
8JT.
The Council requires the services of a
Multi-Disciplinary consultancy to take these sites from RIBA Stage
1 to 7.
Alternative options – Option one
considered to appoint an Employers Agent/Quantity Surveyor,
Principal Designer and Clerk of Works separately. Option two to
appoint a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy to manage this scheme via
a framework. Option three, not to make an appointment at all was
considered, as set out in section 4 of the report.
