To award the contract to provide the required Project Management
Services in accordance with CSO 8.03
To award a contract to appoint Potter Raper Partnership to
undertake RIBA stage 0-1 Project Management in relation to twenty
seven school/education sites
Delivering the role in house was considered, however, there is
currently no resource within the Council that has the capacity to
deliver this service
Fusion 21 was chosen to procure the required resources. Ten
companies were invited to tender and one company submitted a
response. Following a cost and quality evaluation process the
recommended tenderer was found to represent best value for the
Council
