cladding panels at Roseberry Industrial Estate at a cost of
£8,104.00, as a variation of the original contract value
£ 52,950.00; the total cost of the works being
£61,054.00
To commission the repairs required to ensure
that Haringey Council fulfil their obligation to keep the premises
in a good state of repair; and to ensure the Health & Safety of
all members of the public, staff & customers that use this
location.
Haringey’s internal Facilities
Management provider, Amey Facilities, were considered for these
works, however it would be more efficient and cost effective to
utilise the contractors who are currently on site, as well as
providing a continuity of quality and workmanship.
