External and Part Internal Repair & Redecoration Works at
Morrison’s Yard.
To commission the repairs required to ensure
that Haringey Council fulfil their obligation to keep the premises
in a good state of repair and mitigate any further water ingress
into the property.
Haringey’s internal Facilities
Management provider, Amey Facilities, were considered for these
works, however it would be more efficient and cost effective to
approach contractors who are familiar and have undertaken works on
site previously, as well as providing a continuity of quality and
workmanship.
