For the Head of Programme Management to Approve the contract award for condition surveys of No. 7 Bruce Grove and the Palace Cathedral to Paul Travis Conservation for the sum of £9,975.00 excluding VAT (nine thousand nine hundred seventy-five pounds).

That the Head of Programme Management for Regeneration and Economic Development to approve a contract award under CSO 10.1 to Jan Kattein Architects for design services relating to the Gladstone Avenue Parklet for RIBA Stages 0-6. For the sum of £14,320.

Approval for the implementation of Contract Standing Orders (CSOs) 10.03 and 9.07.1c to allow the Novation of the contract for the supply and maintenance of mobile computers and accessories for parking services from WSP UK Ltd to Taranto Systems Ltd.

That the Assistant Director for Housing: -
1) Approves the award of contract to Opus Waterproofing Limited for the tendered sum of £67,941.
2) Approves the total project fees of £10,075.
3) Approves a 15% client contingency fee of £10,191.
4) Notes the total project cost of £88,207.

That the Assistant Director for Housing authorises the additional contract cost and fees to carry out structural Works.

That the Assistant Director for Housing: -
1) Approves the award of contract to The Revival Company Ltd. for the sum of £46,308.14.
2) Approves the total project fees of £2,600.
3) Notes the total project cost of £48,908.14.
4) Approves the waiver of CSO 10.01.2 (d) (ii) as only two quotations were required by the loss adjusters.

For the Head of Programme Management to:

(i) Approve the sum of £2,100 to deliver footfall counts as follows:-
A bespoke count of Tottenham:
- 2 no. count events, one prior to implementation of the scheme (31st January 2021) and one after (date to be confirmed)
- with 2 days for each (mid-week and Saturday)
- at around 5 or 6 points around the site of the intervention at Holcombe Market, Bruce Grove, Tottenham
- estimated cost at £1,050 for each count event

To award a contract to Place Support Partnership Ltd to deliver a two-month pilot programme of tailored Business Savings Support for businesses in and around Tottenham, for a total value of £9,000 plus VAT.

In accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO) 8.03 as allowed under CSO 10.01.2D and in accordance with CSO 9.06.1, to award a contract for the operation of Tottenham Green Sunday Market for nine months from 1 July 2021 to 31 March 2022 for the existing contractor (Marika Gauci), for a total value of £5,995.

For the Head of Programme Management to award the Contract for the Gourley Triangle Finance/Viability commission to ‘Avison Young’ for consultancy services from RIBA Stage 0 to RIBA Stage 2+. The sum of the Contract is £72,590.00 (Seventy-two thousand, five hundred and ninety pounds).

For the Head of Programme Management to award the Contract for the ‘551B High Road’ EA/QS commission to ‘Bristow Johnson’ for consultancy services up to RIBA Stage 7. The sum of the Contract is £56,721.00 (Fifty-six thousand, seven hundred and twenty-one pounds).
