To authorise officers to proceed to statutory consultation on changing the legal orders to incorporate the following :
• Extend eligibility to allow the vehicle to be
registered to anyone in the same household.
• The free (disabled) virtual residential parking permit
be extended borough-wide, allowing holders to park
in non-dedicated parking bays, residential, shared
use and paybyphone bays.
• Those permit holders will be prohibited from parking
on single or double yellow lines.
• When using the virtual residential parking permit,
the Blue Badge must be available for inspection
when requested by an Enforcement Officer.
• When using the free (disabled) virtual residential
parking permit, the blue badge holder must be
present either as the driver or passenger of the
vehicle and therefore personally making use of the
concession, unless parked outside the home of the
blue badge holder.

• Capping of the cost of replacement of the PODs at Noel Park (Gladstone Avenue) – non resident leaseholders.
• Equity Share scheme for - all leaseholders
• Interest payment option only – resident leaseholders only
• Longer payment period options for non-resident leaseholders
Approves the discretionary leasehold payment options panel terms of reference completed in September 2021.

The total cost of the provision of these services is £74,945 excl. VAT and is funded through the ERDF Welcome Back Fund (£39,000 to be spent by end of March 2022) and the Future High Streets Fund (£35,945 to be paid in full in 2021/22).

• x1 20 ft Nordman Fir tree, complete with stand covered in up to 2,300 multicoloured lights, and large star for Tottenham Green
• x5 18ft Nordman Fir trees, complete with stand covered in up to 2,100 multicoloured lights, and large star, for Bruce Grove, Myddleton Road, Hornsey High Street, Turnpike Lane, Green Lanes.
