waive the requirement of CSO 9.01 as permitted under Contract
Standing Order 10.01.02 (d)(ii) and (iii) and award the Home Sweet
Home Contract as permitted under CSO 10.01.1(b) to Metropolitan
with a maximum value of £158,080 with an option to extend the
contract for a period of 12 months.
The term of the contract shall be from 1st August 2017 to 31st July
2018. The total value of the contract including the extension is

Approval under delegated authority for the
award of a loan agreement to Smoothies and Cream Organic 2 Ltd for
the value of £60,000 subject to the signing of the lease for
286 High Road, Tottenham.
The applicant, a Northumberland Park resident who already operates
a Tottenham High Road cafe, will use the loan to renovate and
refurbish a vacant former cafe unit further south on Tottenham High
Road and purchase equipment. Works include removal of fixtures and
fittings, design and decoration including shop front and interior
signage, replacement flooring and tiling. Equipment will include
commercial fridge and freezer, refrigerated counter unit, cash
register, tables and chairs, cutlery, pots and pans, juicer and
coffee maker.

This report was approved under delegated
authority for the award of a loan agreement to Pressure Drop
Brewing Ltd for the value of £155,000 subject to the approval
of planning permission for change of use.
The business will use the loan in order to refurbish the property
to operational standards and to purchase new equipment. Works
include a new tiled floor, removal of an existing mezzanine,
general renovation of the unit, installation of a new 32HL brewery,
fermenting tanks, steam systems and cooling systems, cold rooms,
storage facilities and a packaging line. They also intend to make
the most of the additional operating space by installing a tap
room, open to the public.
OIF will be used specifically for the building works including an
epoxy screed and tiled floor and drainage works, which will cost
around £90,000 and purchase and installation of a steaming
and cooling system (£65,000).

This report seeks approval under delegated
authority for the award of a loan agreement to Five Miles London
Ltd for the value of £150,000 subject to the approval of
planning permission. The planning permission is conditional on the
signing of a travel plan by Ten87 who are sub-letting the
space.
The business will use the loan in order to provide a bar/cafe,
club/performance space and micro-brewery on the site at Markfield
Road, Tottenham Hale.
OIF will be used specifically for the building works including the
construction of the state-of-the-art event space and part payment
for the construction and fit-out of the trade area, micro-brewery
and back of house.
