It is recommended that the Chief Executive:-

• Notes that on 20 July 2020, Alan Benson is leaving employment with Haringey Council and needs to be replaced on the CBS Board in accordance with the CBS Model Rules.

• Approves the appointment of the following as a Council Board Member to the CBS Board:-

a) Robbie Erbmann (in his role as Assistant Director for Housing).
