To update the Forum on further membership changes to the Forum.

To update the Forum on the administrative processes in place to ensure all                                                      known pupils are offered a school place in advance of the PLASC count on 4 October.

To update members on the continuity of childcare provision in the primary schools that received funding to support transitional arrangements in 2011/2012.

To inform members of the outcome of the Department for Education’s Consultation on school funding reform and of potential additions and adjustments to the Schools Block.

To consider the factors to be included in Haringey’s Schools Funding Formula and the funding ratio between primary and secondary schools, and to seek members’ agreement to consult with schools on the proposed factors.   

To inform members of the final DSG for 2012-13 and to advise the Schools Forum of schools’ net expenditure in the 2011-12 financial year and the balances carried forward.

To request the appointment of a panel of the Forum to allocate the contingency for schools in financial difficulty.

To seek the Forum’s agreement to consult with schools on a revised    Scheme for Financing Schools.
