ELECTION OF CHAIR FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROCEEDINGS

Minutes:

Councillor Erdal Dogan nominated Councillor Felicia Opoku to be Chair for the duration of the proceedings; this was seconded by Councillor Vincent Carroll and agreed unanimously.

To elect Councillor Felicia Opoku as the Chair for the duration of the proceedings.
