To confirm the minutes of the meetings held on 10 December 2008 and 13 February 2009 as correct records.

RESOLVED:

That, subject to the inclusion of Councillor Amin to the list of apologies given, the minutes of the meeting held on 10 December be confirmed as a correct record.
