The Board received a report that set out the findings of the Local Government Ombudsman on Local Partnerships and Citizens Redress.
The Board was advised that the Ombudsman’s report recommended that a Complaints Protocol should be drawn up and integrated within the overall governance arrangements of the Partnership.
It was noted that it was important that all partners sign up to the Protocol in order for it to be effective.
The Board was advised that it was proposed that a Complaints Protocol be established for the Partnership and that development of this was delegated to the PMG.
