To approve the minutes of the meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee held on 18 June 2007 (attached) so as to comply with procedural rules for the appeal in respect of Alexandra Pub, Fortis Green N2.

The minutes of the Licensing Sub-Committee A held on 18 June 2007 were agreed and signed by the Chair as a correct record. The Committee noted that these minutes would be sent, as requested, to the Magistrate Courts in respect of an Appeal by the Alexandra Pub.
