The project delivery team provide the Council with construction
related project management expertise across a variety of education,
corporate and public realm projects. Current and future workload
demands indicate a need to enhance the team with additional project
management resources. Additionally, an impending re-structure has
limited the group’s ability to appoint into vacant full time
posts and with a fluctuating demand for services there is a need to
balance this structure with temporary consultancy
resources.
Do Nothing – An inability to recruit will result in failure
to meet our obligation to support delivery of Client business needs
and the Councils Corporate Priorities.
The NSBS Framework has been approached based on the suitability of
the framework and availability of resources.
