delivering the Tottenham Green public realm - Phase 2

The delivery of the project required a
negotiated settlement with Adams & Sutherland for design
related services due to an increase in the construction budget for
the project and also for additional professional design services
employed to undertake approved design changes in RIBA stage
3.
Termination of the contract with Adams and
Sutherland was considered and ruled out as it would have incurred
further costs and delays to programme delivery arising from having
to re-tender and appoint an alternative design team.
