approves the award of a contract to HAIL (working in partnership
with Markfield) for the delivery of Children’s and Care Act
Advocacy in accordance with CSO 8.03, for the sum of £64,500
for the period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018.
HAIL & Markfield were chosen following the
evaluation of bids by Council Officers and a representative from
the Youth Council.
