Following a review of the LGA governance structures, the LGA Urban Commission was abolished with effect from 1 February 2014.

Aims

To provide a forum within the local Government Association for member authorities as a voice for the LGA on urban affairs, including the establishment of a dialogue with Government and European Institutions.

Remarks

No expenses are paid to representatives attending meetings.
