Outside body

The Wood Green Charity was set up in the early 20^th century. Its aim is to provide individual grants to residents of Wood Green who have resided in Wood Green for at least 3 years. It also provides a small monthly pension to pensioners who fulfil the same residency requirement.

The trustees meet 3 times a year.

Number of board members; 8, 3 co-operative trustees and 5 representative trustees.

Tasks undertaken by Charity and responsibilities of members: To manage the charity’s investments and to agree grant allocations.
