Eleven Ward Alcohol Control PSPO's were extended on the 19th of October 2023 for 18 months. The PSPO's expire on the 18th of April 2025, prior to their expiration the council seeks to expand the order to include the area within all wards across the borough so that any Alcohol related ASB displacement as a result of the existing PSPO's are captured. This would require a full consultation, which is expected to take 12 weeks.
