The current boroughwide Additional Licensing Scheme for HMO properties is due to end on 26th May 2024. The council wishes to consult the public under its statutory duty within the Housing Act 2004 on a proposal for a new Additional HMO Licensing Scheme to replace the scheme that will end in May 2024.
