The Council has a statutory duty to consult and publish its gambling policy under S. 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 every three years. The existing policy was last approved on 31st January 2013.Cabinet will be asked to consider and endorse the policy which will then go onto full Council on the 23rd November for adoption.
