To seek approval of the revised Local Development Scheme document for submission to the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Department of Communities and Local Government. The scheme sets out the revisions since September 2010 to the Council’s LDF programme. This revision takes into account the current level of resources to deliver the programme and also the new planning related initiatives at national and regional level.

Consultation process
The LDS is a project plan for preparing strategic and local planning policy documents and is in itself not subject to community or stakeholder consultation. However, the planning policy documents included in the LDS will be subject to extensive community and stakeholder involvement.
